Return and Refund Policies
To receive Free Returns on your eligible product(s)
  1. Only product(s) that say that they are eligible for Free Returns on the product detail page are eligible for Free Returns.
  2. Free Returns is available to delivery addresses in the 50 states of the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free Returns is available to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States zip code only. Additional geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products.
  3. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees.
  4. All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
  5. Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please contact our Customer Service and we will guide you through the process.
  6. Kaneshie Market LLC will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result of an Kaneshie Market LLC error, we will not refund the original shipping fees. If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are not eligible for free returns, Kaneshie Market LLC will deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with Kaneshie Market LLC's general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
Exchange of Order
  • You can return products for free exchange if you made error on size or color provided the return product has not been worn, altered or damaged. Exchange orders still follows the general return policy of Kaneshie Market LLC.
  • Note: All perishable products like vegetables, fruits, Yam or cooked meals (food) etc. cannot be return. All sales are final on such items.

You can return eligible items sold on When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the item, or reason for return. Your return is subject to the return policy of that product.

Prepare and ship your return

After you've contacted customer service:
  1. Prepare your package for return.
    Pack your item securely, inserting copies of any paperwork that was included when item was purchased. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Mail and PAY your shipping returns to:

  2. Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.
    Note all return shipping options must include a tracking number
